Responsibilities:

- Procure new clients via home solicitation (door knocking)
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve organizational goals
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
- Act as the single point of contact between company and Client.

Qualifications:

- Prior construction experince as plus, but not required.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in basic math and English language skills
- Proven ability to sell products or services effectively
- Experience in sales & project management is preferred
- Ability to climb ladder to inspect roofing shinlges and lift 80 lbs
- Can read blue prints and construction drawings
- Experience in Customer service and conflict resolution

Pay: $99,999.00 - $250,000.00 per year
